No Matter The Cost

Hello my blog family and friends. The world we now live in today, are made up of people doing what they want, when they want, and how they want. In order to live the life of Christ there are certain requirements. You have to give up your way of living, your way of talking, and your way of thinking. It’s what God wants, when he wants it, and how he wants it. You have to give up self life in order to live the life of Christ. So ask yourself, are you ready and willing to follow him, no matter the cost?

Can we afford to keep going against the will of God? Not if we want and desire to please him. If we change our focus from pleasing people, and/or pleasing ourselves, to pleasing God, no good thing will God withhold from us. Matthew 6:32-33 says(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. No one ever has or ever will out give God. So no matter the cost, I’ll give it up to serve him, will you? Have I always been where I am now, spiritually? No I have not. Was it easy getting here? No it was not, but it’s a life style change that I decided to be committed to. By choice, I decided to give up the things I thought was bringing me joy regardless of the consequences. I knew I could no longer have sex outside of wedlock, no longer drink and hang out in clubs and bars. I could no longer give into my desires or do things outside of the will of God, and that was fine with me and good for me. But, just because I decided to do these things, didn’t mean the people I was with or hanging around felt the same way. So I had to give up some relationships, and readjust to this new way of living, which was not an easy task. I felt at that point in my life, I was willing no matter the cost, to live the life of Christ to the best of my ability. Ask yourself, are you willing to give up whatever’s necessary to be pleasing in his sight? You have to change our way of thinking. It’s not what’s best for you but what’s destined for you! Lord show me YOUR will for my life. Proverbs 3:5-6 says Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. No matter the cost, I will trust in the Lord. Not what I think is best for me, but what’s destined for me! For me to obtain my blessings, to obtain my healing, to obtain my deliverance, and to walk into my destiny I’ll give you and it up! Will you give it all up, no matter the cost, to walk into and live out your destiny?

If you believe this is what you want for your life, ask God to show you what you must do to get there. Dying to self, to live for God is not an easy task, but the rewards are everlasting! God will and he desires to lead you into your destiny, if your willing no matter the cost, to follow him and let him direct your path. I pray this makes you think about where your life is now, and where you desire your life to be, then open up and have a honest conversation with God. Be blessed and stay encouraged ❤️.
